Jeśli nie jesteś w stanie znaleźć żadnych dokumentów ani świadków potwierdzających Twoją obecność na jednym z miejsc katastrofy z 11 września w odpowiednim przedziale czasowym, i jeśli już zostały już wypróbowane wszystkie dostępne opcje, nadal możesz zakwalifikować się do Funduszu VCF. If you are unable to find any documents or witnesses to support your presence at a 9/11 crash site during the relevant timeframe, and you have tried every option available, you may still be found eligible for the VCF. The following applies if you are the victim or if you are the personal representative or legal guardian of a victim.

Como certificar o verificar documentos:

The VCF requires some documents to be certified or verified.  Union records, school records, and school transcripts should be sent directly from the union or school to the VCF by mail or email. 

If they are not sent directly to the VCF, they must be certified or verified.

Na ogół wnioski są rozpatrywane w kolejności napływania – na podstawie daty złożenia formularza wniosku. Oznacza to, że wnioski oczekujące na rozpatrzenie dłużej mają pierwszeństwo przed wnioskami nowymi. Wnioski zostają przedłożone do rozpatrzenia w pierwszej kolejności tylko wtedy, kiedy załączono do nich wszystkie wymagane informacje.

As a general rule, claims are reviewed in “first in, first out” order based on the date the complete Claim Form was submitted with all required information. This means the VCF prioritizes claims that have been waiting longer before beginning review of newer submissions. Claims are prioritized for review only after all required information has been submitted.

As we commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11th, we reflect on the profound loss and the enduring impact that day has had.  While the resilience and collective healing within the 9/11 community are a paragon of strength and bravery, far too many individuals and families continue to suffer from the long-term health effects of these attacks.
