6.1 ¿Qué pasa si mi cuenta bancaria o dirección han cambiado desde mi último pago?

Si ya ha recibido al menos un pago del VCF y su información bancaria ha cambiado desde que se procesó el último pago, usted debe completar un nuevo Formulario de Información de Pago AHC y subirlo a su reclamo en línea tan pronto como sea posible. Cuando usted suba el formulario de ACH  a su reclamo en línea, usted debe incluir una carta que diga que la información del nuevo formulario va a reemplazar la información bancaria que está asociado con su reclamo.

6.1 łCo stanie się, jeśli od momentu mojej ostatniej wypłaty zmienię numer konta lub adres?

Jeżeli otrzymali już Państwo wypłatę z VCF, a Państwa numer konta zmienił się od momentu ostatniej wypłaty, należy bezzwłocznie wypełnić nowy Formularz z Informacjami do Płatności ACH i załadować go do wniosku online. Podczas ładowania nowego formularza ACH należy również załączyć pismo z oświadczeniem, że nowy formularz ma zastąpić informacje bankowe powiązane obecnie z wnioskiem.  W przypadku zmiany adresu proszę zadzwonić do naszej Linii Pomocy pod numer 1-855-885-1555, aby dokonać zmiany adresu w naszych aktach.

6.1 如果自上次赔款以来,我的银行帐户或地址已变更,怎么办?

如果您已从VCF收到至少一笔赔款,并且您的银行信息自处理上次赔款以来已变更,您必须尽快填写一份新的《ACH支付信息表》并上传至您的线上索赔。您上传新的ACH表格时,应该附上一封信以说明该新表格应该代替当前与您的索赔相关的银行信息。如果您的地址已变更,请拨打求助热线 1-855-885-1555 以协助更新您在VCF的记录。

6.3 When can I expect to receive payment and will the payment be pro-rated?

The VCF does not pro-rate payments. Your claim will be paid in full for the calculated loss amount at the time the payment is processed.

Dear Friends, The anniversary of the September 11th attacks is always a time for reflection.  For me personally, this is the first anniversary since being appointed earlier this year as the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund’s (“VCF”) interim Special Master.  Despite my relatively short time in this role, I have been touched by the stories in each claim I have reviewed, and deeply impressed by the perseverance, resilience, and humility of the community our team serves.  Today, we continue to pay tribute to the lives lost and the community that came together during the recovery efforts in response to one of our country’s hardest challenges.
