There are two deadlines in the VCF’s claim filing process: a Claim Filing Deadline and a Registration Deadline. It is important to distinguish between the two and be aware of which applies to your individual circumstances.

We have comprehensive information about each deadline, as well as details about when to register, and when to file a claim.

The resources below have been included to help you complete your claim. Depending on your individual circumstances, you may not require all the documents. If you are unsure how to proceed, please call our Helpline for assistance.

If the document is available in another language, it has been noted beside the document listing. You can also find a full list of our foreign language resources on each of our foreign language pages.
