1.2 我提出了我的索赔。何时将对我的索赔作出裁决?

一般情况下,我们将根据提交的日期以“先进先出”的顺序审核索赔。对于2016年8月1日之后提交的索赔而言,这就是《索赔表》提交的日期。这意味着VCF会优先处理那些等待了较长时间的索赔,然后才开始审核较新提交的索赔。

1.2 Złożyłem/am wniosek. Kiedy zostanie podjęta decyzja w mojej sprawie?

Na ogół wnioski są rozpatrywane w kolejności napływania – na podstawie daty złożenia wniosku o odszkodowanie. Dla wniosków złożonych po 1 sierpnia 2016 roku jest to data złożenia Formularzu Wniosku. Oznacza to, że wnioski oczekujące na rozpatrzenie dłużej mają pierwszeństwo przed wnioskami nowymi.

1.2 I filed my claim. When will a decision be made on my claim?

As a general rule, claims are reviewed in “first in, first out” order based on the date the compensation claim was submitted. For claims submitted after August 1, 2016, this is the date the Claim Form was submitted. This means the VCF prioritizes claims that have been waiting longer before beginning review of newer submissions.

1.2 Ya presenté mi reclamo. ¿Cuándo se decidirá?

Como regla general, los reclamos se revisan por orden de llegada, siguiendo el orden la fecha en que se presentó el reclamo de compensación. Los reclamos que se presentaron después del 1 de agosto de 2016, el orden de llegada será el de la presentación del nuevo formulario. Esto significa que el VCF le da prioridad a los reclamos que han estado en espera por más tiempo antes de comenzar a revisar los reclamos más recientes.

6.3 When can I expect to receive payment and will the payment be pro-rated?

The VCF does not pro-rate payments. Your claim will be paid in full for the calculated loss amount at the time the payment is processed.
