NY Metropolitan Area Law Schools Offer Free Clinics to Assist Individuals in Filing a Claim

New York Metropolitan Area Law Schools are offering six free clinics for individuals needing assistance in filing claims under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). Clinics will be facilitated by volunteer law students who will provide free assistance to people who would like to file a claim under the VCF without an attorney. Those attending will be able to meet with a law student who will provide information on the eligibility process and will assist in filling out the application form. Clinics are by appointment only.
